Sisyphus (SIS-i-fus) is a greek mythological figure. Sisphus was a king punished by being compelled to roll an immense boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll back down, and to repeat this throughout eternity. He is also found in Roman mythology.
People around like co-workers, colleagues, friends, students in various courses are all becoming Sisyphus, as they are working on a task which never seem to end.
Take my Media industry, a bulletin producer, everyday gets lots of news, does the same task of choosing, finalizing and creating the final output, and puts it on air.
He does that repeatedly, and if he is at initial level, works hard to gain work experience.
He doesn’t know what he is chasing, as most people do is to pass through life without living it.
A student attends all lectures even if they make no sense, just for the sake of getting attendance and finalizing it into degree.
Its like people are put into a circle with no end no beginning, and they wait and keep on waiting for some powerful hand to change this- which rarely happens.
If you wish to break this , you have to change the orbit, and for that first you must recognize that the Sisyphus in you must be killed and taken out from the hypnosis of projects and daily routine.
As they say, “ If you go on doing what you are doing, you will go on getting what you are getting”.
For you my readers, the moment is NOW, change, upgrade, Install.
